Working with a firm, but gentle rhythm, Indian Head massage works on the areas affected by mental and physical stress. The massage begins with with the upper back using pressure points to help relax the muscles. From the back the therapist will move onto the shoulder area and upper arms using the same process to relax muscles in these areas. Working deep massage in the neck area where the most stress and tension accumulates , this helps to relieve headaches.

Moving onto the scalp, massage and pressure techniques are used to stimulate, revive and relax the whole of the head. The result of which increases circulation and promotes healthy hair. The Facial area may include a gentle facial massage with mastered techniques that help boost blood circulation resulting is a possible increase in skin tone, in turn helping alleviate sinus and headache ailments.

This Therapy can be performed with the client sitting in an upright position, fully clothed.
